Light soy sauce

Preparation

1.

Fry ostrich in hot oil until yellow, mix with garlic, pepper and chilli.

2.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, onion, bell pepper, Chinese liquor and cassava starch, and fry until done.

3.

Put in a dish and serve with wine.
